Brendan came to Okeechobee in the 1980s to teach, but in 1991, he partnered with his dad to help launch what is now Pritchards & Associates. By day he taught in the classroom, and by night he went door to door building the agency, with the help of his wife Michelle. His commitment to service and community has shaped the heart of the business. Brendan remains a key leader, blending decades of experience with a passion for people.
